A complete turnkey refurbishment of this grand double fronted property including full renovation for modern living and construction of a swimming pool in the courtyard. Boasting oversized rooms and high ceilings, many rooms were opened to create the central open plan area, consisting of the kitchen, living, breakfast area and library. The central skylight and atrium filled the house with light from every angle. This project was featured in several magazines and was awarded two covers.
