Apartment
A seafront property that was originally a boathouse was converted into this stunning, luxurious residence.
Retaining the open floor plan we designed the layout to have defined zones for sleeping, living and dining.
Working closely with the client we devised a masculine monotone palette of greys and selected high end furniture and finishes to encapsulate the space to perfection.
Comfort and practicality were key whilst maximising the 65 sq.m floor plan to achieve everything the client desired.

Featuring decorative panelling throughout brought a hint of Parisian chic to the space and the sleeping area was divided with a tinted glass wall.
