ANDREW ALEXANDER INTERIOR DESIGN

Commissioned by an American Client, this beautiful period corner apartment is situated in a prime location and had not been touched in many decades.

 

Originally consisting of smaller and very much divided rooms, the apartment boasts one whole floor of the building. We designed a layout that would open the space, to make it more fluid to the clients requirements for every day living.

With three bedrooms it was important that every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom for the family and due to the size of the bedrooms we were able to achieve this through clever design.

The open plan area works well for every day living with an island that is continuous with the dining table. Also featuring a separate bar/coffee area.
