A complete turnkey refurbishment of a 300 year old Pallazino that is steeped in history. Once being the local law court of the village and around 300 years old. Full conversion for modern living and comfort for the clients requirements with construction internally as well as construction of a swimming pool in the garden.
Working with an American client we designed and furnished this luxury seafront apartment to a high level making sure to maximise space and fulfil all of the clients requirements for a family of four. Working with prestigious brands, the space was planned to make the most out of the 130 sq.m footprint.

Working closely with the clients, we designed this grand double fronted townhouse and the project underwent a full refurbishment process under our supervision. The house was modernised, walls were opened for open plan living and a swimming pool added in the courtyard garden.
A seafront property that was once a boat house was converted into an open plan one bedroom loft style residence. With luxury in mind, we created living, sleeping and dining zones and maximised the floor space to take advantage of the prestigious view
